FAQ
The "ID Exchange" page is your private logbook for peer-to-peer identification. Every session listed here has either been initiated by you or shared with you. These are private and only visible to you and the other person involved.
From the home screen, tap the "ID Exchange" button to create a new session. You will choose what data you want to share and set how long it should be available (e.g., one day, one week, etc.).
After creating an ID Exchange session, you can share it using one of the following methods:
• 6-digit session code – Use this when you're on a phone or voice call. Just read the code aloud.
• QR code – Best for in-person sharing. Ask the other person to scan the code directly from your screen.
• Shareable link – Great for messaging apps, emails, or social media. Just copy and send the link.
You can register by scanning a valid ID (passport, driver's license, etc.). In Sweden, you can also use BankID. Your verification level (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) will be based on the method you choose.

Both of you need to verify your identities and agree to the data exchange. This ensures privacy and mutual consent.
No one but you and the other person involved. These sessions are fully private and securely stored.
Each private session is securely stored for 1 year, unless you choose to delete it earlier.
• Pending – The session has been created and is waiting for the other party to verify it.
• Verified – The verification has been successfully completed by both parties.
• Expired – The session is no longer valid due to time limits.

Tap "Profile Verification" on the home screen. You will be guided to verify your identity using either a document scan or BankID.

Your profile stays active until you decide to delete it. You are always in control.
These levels show how your identity was verified:
- **Bronze**: Basic document scan.
